QualismGaurika.com. This policy explains when and how you can return a product, in line with the
Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
1. Eligibility for Return
- The product is defective, damaged, or not as described.
- The product is incomplete or missing parts as mentioned on the product page.
2. Return Window
Return requests must be raised within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.
3. Condition of Returned Products
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- All tags, manuals, accessories, and packaging must be intact.
- Products showing signs of use, tampering, or alteration may not be eligible.
4. Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to a defect, damage, or mismatch, we’ll cover the return shipping.
- If the return is for other reasons (e.g., change of mind), shipping costs may apply.
5. Refund Process
- Once the returned product passes quality check, refund will be initiated.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
- The process will be completed within 14 business days after approval.
6. Replacement / Exchange
If stock is available, you may opt for a replacement instead of a refund within the 7-day window.
7. Cancellations
- Orders cancelled before dispatch receive a full refund.
- If dispatched, please follow the return process.
